1. Grade II Victorian Town House

Valued at £285,000 before two day home staging & property styling.

After the owners carried out our recommended improvements and re-decoration, we styled the property to appeal to the more mature, affluent buyer and it was subsequently re-valued at £325,000.

The house is stunning; I can't believe the difference it's made to the asking price.....without your help, i'd have received at least £40,000 less for it, and this can now go towards my new home. A big thank you.

2. Un-furnished Apartment, furnished and Styled to Sell

Previously rented out and stripped bare of furniture, the owner of this apartment needed help to furnish and professionally present his property to appeal to young professional buyers.

In a stagnant market, it sold within three months.

Following a year on the market without any offers, the owner of this dated one-bedroomed investment property followed all the recommendations covered in the two day home staging & property styling package, which included altering the existing layout to offer an open plan living area to appeal to first-time buyers.

Despite having a limited budget for staging and styling the property, the new layout proved to be a great success. When it was re-marketed , it achieved £23,000 more than the original asking price just a few weeks later.

I would never have thought to knock down the kitchen wall, but it looks great and so much bigger. I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received and amazed that I got such a fantastic price for it. I'll certainly be asking you back to sell my own home next year.

2. Show Apartment for First Time Buyers

The last remaining of eleven units, these compact city centre apartments had remained on the market for six months without interest.

One apartment sold the day after completion and the other just a few weeks later.

This was always going to be a very difficult job as the apartments were not regular in size or shape, but we were delighted with the finished results.
