1. Property Styling

For Prestige property instructions, our designers work with your photographers to provide professional styling for brochure photo-shoots.

Property styling can be booked from a minimum of three hours to two or three days, depending on the size of the property.

2. Home Staging for Hard to Shift Properties

Our low-cost Home Staging Service is specifically aimed at Vendors who’s properties may need a little cosmetic up-grading in order to generate viewings and buyer interest.

Home Staging is all about accentuating everything that's positive about a property, reducing any negative factors and getting the job done quickly in order to move it on. It's a low cost solution for nightmare properties, using cost effective quick-fix solutions rather than major overhauls.

                    

Our Estate Agency referred packages include a 2-hour visit to the property to identify areas requiring small cosmetic changes and repairs, and a written report for the Vendor.

The report covers

  • Improving the property’s kerb-appeal
  • Relevant paint colour references for any decorating required
  • Any obvious repairs that may alert viewers to more serious issues
  • Suggestions for re-organising space to facilitate better presentation
  • Trade contact information to help the Vendors get the work done quickly

Following implementation of the work, we always advise agents to take new internal shots for their marketing details to re-focus interest in the property.
