If you’re ready to put your house on the market straight away, this one day hands-on session is ideal for presenting your home at its best to Estate Agents and viewers.
We come in to personally de-clutter and stage your property for you!
After an initial walk-through of your property, we’ll make any necessary improvements to the visual or ergonomic flow of your home.
We then de-clutter and professionally style each room using your existing soft furnishings and accessories, giving priority to the rooms requiring the most attention.
Your property will be left immaculately presented for valuation

Fee: £240.00
Fee based on: 8-hours for an average 3-bed roomed property. Larger properties may need additional hours charged at £30.00 per hour to fully complete the property styling. Please enquire.2. Two Day Home Staging & Property Styling
It makes sense investing a small amount of time and money to present your property at its best before selling and this service goes one step further to help you to capitalise upon your investment.
Basically, we advise what you need to do to your property to realise the best asking price and a quick sale. After following our recommendations to get the work done, we then come in to professionally style your home just before it’s valued.
You’ll be amazed at the difference it can make to your sale!
This package Includes:
- A 2-hour inspection of the property to identify any problem areas or those that could benefit from a little cosmetic improvement
- A detailed written report of our observations with concise Action Plan of recommendations.
This room by room guide gives details of any work that needs doing, and the most cost effective way to do it taking into consideration the anticipated financial return.
Suggestions for replacement flooring, taps, worktops could (for example) be included, together with colour references for areas to be decorated, suggestions for alternative window treatments, or advice about lighting issues. - Details of reliable local trades and services to help you get the work done
- A De-cluttering session. We'll help you pack away any surplus bits and pieces for a less cluttered look, enabling viewers to visualise themselves living in your home.
- Shopping for accessories to style your property. After agreeing a budget, we'll carefully select finishing touches to give
your home the 'Wow' factor.
This may include cushions, bed throws, pictures and rugs to co-ordinate with your existing furnishings. - Professional Styling: A Designer comes in just before valuation to professionally style your property ready for photos

This service offers verbal advice to home owners wanting to improve the visual presentation of their home prior to selling. We discuss the best value options for improving its sale potential.
Starting at the kerbside and finishing at the rear boundary of the property, we’ll talk you through:
- How to improve kerb appeal
- Any problem areas that viewers may pick up on
- Advice about improving existing colour schemes to make your home more appealing
- How to create a greater illusion of space
Fee: £75.00

If you like everything written down so you can get on with it, this is the option for you.
This package includes:
- A 2-hour inspection of your home
- A written room-by-room Action Plan offering advice and suggestions about how to improve the visual presentation of your home to get it ready for selling This covers what you need to do to present your property at its best, with suggestions about how to get it done. Advice includes alterations to room layouts, colour schemes and lighting. Recommendations for cosmetic improvements to bring your property specifications in line with those of similar properties, including up-dating work surfaces and taps etc.
